Two Ways to Train

Gi Jiu Jitsu
Traditional training in the kimono. Learn the complete Gracie self-defense system including guard work, sweeps, submissions, and positional control. The gi adds grips and friction that develop precise technique.

No-Gi Jiu Jitsu
Fast-paced grappling without the traditional uniform. Emphasis on wrestling-based takedowns, leg locks, and athletic scrambles. Great crossover for MMA and modern competition.
